Escape from the tourist trail with a trip to the Hong Island group. Part of the National Marine Park, the Hong Islands are home to some of Thailand’s most beautiful natural scenery. There are a few tours we can offer here including a day trip by speedboat, a discovery by longtail boat or a kayaking adventure.
For the speedboat tour, jet across the Andaman Sea, leaving Krabi behind and entering a tropical paradise. If traveling by longtail boat settle in for a slower ride, and soak up the beautiful scenery. Spend the day snorkeling alongside colourful fish, relaxing on pristine beaches and soaking up the tranquil surroundings of the South’s uninhabited islands. On one of these beautiful stretches of sand, a picnic will be served- a memorable meal amid this tropical paradise.
Alternatively, you can paddle around the islands on a private kayak tour. After a longtail boat ride go ashore, walking a short distance to where sea kayaks are waiting. Paddle from the island’s main beach toward a crescent-shaped lagoon that has only one entrance and exit. The unique shape of the lagoon protects a stunning beach, one that has been referred to as ‘a miracle on earth’. Spend half a day in this remote paradise. Relax on the sandy beach, shaded by swaying palm trees. Grab a mask and plunge into the surrounding seas where shallow sea corals and brightly coloured fish fill the waters. Or hop back into the kayaks and paddle further around Hong Island. During this experience, a light picnic lunch will be served on the beach.
